Not As Bad As I Thought

After the Connor went to the place they call work, the mum went there too so I had to stay with the grandma.
It wasn't too bad I suppose, I got this huge bone full of marrow..

The Mumma even bought me home this rather cool Ollie Owl toy. It squeeks.

Sad

It's Friday morning. I'm pretty down. The last two days we've dropped the Connor at some place they call work. He fixes these big red and yellow things that rise up in the sky. I think they call them helicopters or choppers.
They're loud and smell bad.
I'm sitting on his seat here. It smells like him and is warm too. The mum says it's heated and it's leather and I shouldn't be on it. I don't really care. I just want the Connor to come back.

Night 1

My very first night at the home and I was able to convince the Connor to let me sleep with him in his box. It was very cozy. He told me that I wasn't allowed to share my fleas.
Fleas! Are you serious, I was thinking the same thing. I don't want him sharing his fleas with me!

The Name..

As you may or may not have read, I have a rather large name for a regular sized dog.
I guess you may be wondering where that crazy name came from.

I met my humans on Wednesday afternoon, 24th September 2014.
They're a weird couple.
There's Connor, the small one, he's very friendly and offers loads of hugs.
Then there's Rochelle. She's not as cuddly and much older.
She drives the blue car that they put me in to take me to the place they call home. ...
The blue car has soft, suede seats - they are cream in colour.
The Connor one let me sit on his lap for the drive to the home.
There was another human that came to meet me too, her name is Ashleigh. She's noisy.
The three humans decided I needed a new name. Apparently "Yellowdog Sam" wasn't good enough for them, even though it's my kennel name.
The shenanigans that occurred in the blue car during the drive to the home was astounding!
The humans are very loud and noisy and the screams and squeals that came out of the humans were rather terrifying.
I just tried to concentrate on remaining calm and quiet on the Connors lap. I was too terrified to do anything else.
They could not decide on one name. The Connor likes Lucy, the Ashleigh likes Whiskey, they all came up with this stupid native American Indian inspired name - Runs-Like-Water then they added my kennel name as well.
My full name is now Lucy Whiskey Runs-Like-Water Yellowdog Sam

Yeah, can't say I like it either.

This photo is me on my first night with the humans. We got back late so went to a place they called Coles and got some food. The Ashleigh went to some place called Magic Noodle so here I am waiting outside. There were many humans there who stopped to pat me.
The foot you can see in the foreground belongs to one they call The Ella. She seems to be a visitor. I like her. She is small and quiet and gives me loads of cuddles.

 I'm very tired now
